Moloto – Weiss Incorporated is a dynamic law firm situated in the Heart of Rustenburg, North West. The firm was established in 1997 offering a comprehensive range of legal services. The firm believes that any winning strategy is secured by initial planning at the beginning of litigation, which is why it was important to create a space where the legal team can be focussed and inspired.
The design allows for an inviting lobby and reception space, coffee kiosk, consulting rooms, various office spaces, board rooms, entertainment areas, and recreational spaces.
The indigenous planting surrounding the building creates a soft edge to the hard urban context, while encouraging natural habitats. Here the combination of architecture and landscape architecture has a development statement to effect.
